staying sane as a business owner in this economy

I have been spending a lot of time at the Your Best Life location recently. i think that it is a wonderful resource. And it is especially helpful to me in my attempts to marry a successful career as a business owner with my efforts to not allow the business to overwhelm every aspect of my life. These are obviously trying times and with staff reductions and less cash flow it is becoming more and more complicated to achieve any sort of balance. With that said can you recommend any books (or even better) any articles on line that i could refer to?
